Partner Biographies
Andrew Fenton — Founding Partner
Andrew is an established finance executive with over 20 years of experience across mergers and acquisitions, high yield fixed income, and public equity investing. He previously served as Senior Managing Director and Co-Head of M&A at Skyway Capital Markets, where he helped grow the firm to national recognition. Andrew co-founded a NYSE-listed REIT in 2016 and holds prior experience at Credit Suisse, Macquarie Securities. He began his career at Raymond James & Associates working with Legal Capital Advisors co-founder Michael Faraone.

Michael Faraone — Founding Partner
Michael brings 25+ years of capital markets experience as an investment banker focused on middle-market mergers and acquisitions. He previously served as Senior Managing Director and Co-Head of M&A at Skyway Capital Markets. Michael has significant experience advising private and public companies on M&A as well as equity and debt capital raises. He holds prior roles at Raymond James (Equity Research) and International Assets Advisory (Investment Banking).
